Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Enzo Attini watch comes with a 2-year international warranty.
Is the watchband and case gold-plated?
Yes, both the watchband and case in gold and rose gold tones are plated with genuine 18K gold, featuring a delicate 1-micron thickness to ensure lasting brilliance and exceptional durability.
Is the watch designed for men or women?
All Enzo Attini watches with a 40mm case diameter are thoughtfully crafted as unisex pieces — perfectly suited for both men and women who appreciate timeless design.
Do the watches include a certificate?
Yes, every Enzo Attini watch comes with an official Warranty Certificate and a unique Serial Number engraved on the case back, ensuring authenticity and traceability.
Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes, all Enzo Attini timepieces are water-resistant up to 5 ATM. However, as these are refined luxury watches, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water or humidity to preserve their elegance and longevity for generations to come.
Can I request a specific number for limited edition models?
Unfortunately, limited edition numbers are assigned at random and cannot be selected.
Please note: The warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, or any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow the care instructions provided by Ducezio Limited.
How do I replace my watch battery?
We recommend having the battery replaced by a professional jeweler or watch repair shop. Although the batteries are widely available, replacing them requires special tools and could damage the watch if done incorrectly.

Yes. Every Enzo Attini Eyewear comes with a 2-year international warranty.
Do Enzo Attini sunglasses offer UV protection?
Yes, all our sunglasses provide 100% protection against both UVA and UVB rays, helping shield your eyes from harmful sun exposure.
Can I get prescription lenses with your sunglasses?
While we don’t currently offer prescription lenses, our frames are compatible with them. Your local optician or optometrist can easily fit them with custom prescription lenses.
What does ‘Polarized’ mean?
Polarized sunglasses have lenses that reduce glare from reflective surfaces like water, snow, or glass. They help improve clarity and color accuracy by blocking harsh reflected light — something regular lenses don’t do.

How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, although it may vary depending on your country.
When will my order ship?
Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM (CET) will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
Are VAT and import fees included in the price?
As the buyer, you are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees that may apply when your order arrives in your country. These costs are not covered by Enzo Attini. Since customs rules vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for details. Customs processing may also delay delivery beyond our original estimate.
Where is my package?
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the shipment is created, you will receive another email with your tracking information. All international orders are shipped by our trusted carriers.. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email.
My credit card was declined — what should I do?
Our payment provider may decline transactions for security reasons. If your card is declined, we recommend using PayPal, which is now faster and easier than ever.
Can discount codes be used on all products or accessories?
Discount codes and free shipping promotions apply to orders over $129.
