RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
Please note: No product will be accepted without the completed Return Form.
Before placing an order, we recommend reviewing all product details on the product page.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Returns must include the original packaging, accessories, extra links, warranty card, user manual, and any other items provided.
Returns showing any signs of use will not be accepted. Based on the condition of the returned item, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
We advise customers to take a photo of how the item is packaged before returning it, for reference in case of any issues.
If a return is approved, the following costs will be deducted from the refund—even if the original order included free shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Please retain your shipping receipt and use the same courier service that delivered your package. We highly recommend insuring the shipment and protecting the contents with the original packaging.
Enzo Attini is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. If a return is lost or arrives damaged, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

No return will be accepted without the Return Form.

RETURN FEES & CONDITIONS
Returns may be subject to additional deductions if:

The return is not due to an error on Enzo Attini’s part

The item shows any signs of wear (e.g., dirt on the band, enlarged holes, scratches on the clasp, removed protective film, etc.)
IMPORT DUTIES & DELIVERY CHARGES
IMPORTANT: If your order has shipped, you are required to accept delivery.
Import duties and taxes may be applied when your package arrives at its destination. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you refuse the package due to customs duties or taxes, and the shipment is returned to us, Madmilan Limited will deduct all costs associated with return handling and restocking from your refund.

We do not offer price adjustments for previous purchases.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
